However, if you are not satisfied with a paid service or course, you may be eligible for a refund under certain conditions. Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the original purchase date, along with a valid reason for dissatisfaction. We reserve the right to evaluate each request individually and approve refunds only if the reason is deemed fair and the usage of the service falls within our refund guidelines.

Please note that no refunds will be provided after the 7-day period or if a significant portion of the course has been consumed or downloaded. Once a refund is processed, access to the purchased content will be revoked immediately. All refunds will be made through the original method of payment and may take a few working days to reflect in your account.
